We know how busy life gets, so we take the stress out of therapy by driving to your house, visiting your child's daycare, or hosting online sessions! Our therapists work hard to design motivating and effective speech, occupational, and physical therapy sessions that your child will look forward to each week.
THE MYNA THERAPY SERVICES STORY
Welcome! I am Elaine Doerfler - speech therapist and owner of Myna Therapy Services. I started my private practice to provide the families and schools in our community with personalized speech, occupational, and physical therapy services.
My own journey as a mother has made me even more passionate about this work. My husband Scott and I have been blessed with five children - one of our whom has special needs with a number of diagnoses, including a severe speech disorder. I am very familiar with the emotional and physical demands that come with caring for an individual with a disability. My personal and professional experiences allow me to truly partner with families to help their child reach their highest potential.

Get started with Myna Therapy Services! We provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy for children and families across North Dakota and Minnesota.
STEP ONE
Contact us to begin with a free consultation. We will gather basic information, listen to your concerns or support needs, and provide recommendations. After the call, we will send you online intake paperwork. We may also schedule an evaluation session at this time.
STEP TWO
We will review your paperwork and make a plan for the evaluation. Our evaluation process includes a mix of formal and informal testing, parent/client interviews, observations, and other activities tailored to your child's areas of need.
STEP THREE
You will receive a thorough evaluation report and treatment plan with therapy goals and recommendations! Depending on your location and availability, your child may begin attending therapy sessions in person or online!
INSURANCE & BILLING
We accept BCBS ND, ND Medicaid, Tricare, Sanford Health Plan, Medicare Part B, & UnitedHealthcare, and are in the process of being in-network with MN Medicaid and BCBS MN. Don't see your insurance listed? Inquire about our cash-pay pricing and support for out-of-network reimbursement.
CONVENIENT SERVICE LOCATIONS
In-person speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services are available throughout the West Fargo, Fargo, Dilworth, & Moorhead areas. Online therapy is offered to families anywhere in North Dakota and Minnesota.
